Overview

MicroLab is a gameplay analytics tool for League of Legends that tracks mouse movements, clicks, and keyboard inputs to help players analyze their mechanics. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

When you use MicroLab with cloud sync enabled, we collect:

  • Player Information: Summoner name, Riot ID tagline, region, and rank
  • Game Data: Champion played, game mode, match result, KDA, and game duration
  • Input Data: Mouse positions, click locations, and keyboard activity during gameplay
  • Performance Stats: Actions per minute (APM), mouse distance traveled, idle time

All game data is stored locally on your device by default. Cloud upload is optional and can be disabled in Settings.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Identify patterns and detect tracking inaccuracies
  • Train AI models to improve tracking accuracy
  • Improve app performance and features
  • Generate aggregate statistics (no individual data is shared publicly)

Data Storage & Security

Cloud data is stored on secure AWS servers with encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Data is retained for analytics purposes and automatically archived after 90 days.

Your Choices

You have full control over your data:

  • Disable Cloud Sync: Turn off cloud uploads anytime in Settings
  • Delete Local Data: Remove all stored matches from the app
  • Data Deletion Request: Contact us to request deletion of cloud data

Third-Party Services

MicroLab runs on the Overwolf platform. Your use of Overwolf is subject to Overwolf's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
